Minty Boost

To all owners of an iPod 5G/video/nano - PSP or other devices that can be charged using USB output... Get yourself a minty boost kit.

You pay around 27€ and you get all the stuff you need, even the tin can (with chewing gum). The only thing you have to do is fit it together yourself, so find a friend who is good a soldering.

But the result is great!




























































And I can guarantee you that it works, just use new batteries and you'll see that your iPod jumps to charging mode. With two of these batteries I get 3(!!!) hours of video, not just audio, but video. You should know that normal iPod battery lasts for 2 hours of video. So with 4 of those AA batteries I can watch movies for a long time... this will make my plane flights much more enjoyable.
